Good day,my name is Catherine Thusi with ID No ;7405220594083,on the 30/06/2014 i did an ammendment because i wanted to add another name.At Home Affairs(Bara Mall Branch)i was advised that i will get my ID after 3-6 months,i even recieved an sms notifying me that my requested was received.ive been going there to check my ID but was told its not yet there,then i phoned Head office in Pretoria and spoke to Benjamin Khoza who advised me to fax him the copies of my forms,of which i did fax them through,then i phoned him again to do a follow up but cant get hold of him,i spoke to one of his colleagues who advised me that he will convey the message to Mr Khoza to call me,even today am still waiting,now its been a year waiting for my ID,How does Home Affairs work,How Long does it take for one to get an ID?while our foreign brothers and sisters get ID easily but we as South African suffer,am so pissed about the poor service Home Affairs is offering.
